1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Dover Digital d.o.o., registered in the Republic of Slovenia. For any question about your personal data, write to [email protected].
2. What data we collect
Data you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and the answers and messages you enter in our forms, the questionnaire or when booking a call. Usage data: the pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate location and how you interact with the site. We collect this through analytics and advertising cookies only if you consent. Technical data: your IP address and the data needed to run the site securely and protect the forms from abuse.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Replying to enquiries, booking calls and preparing offers: steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Delivering our services to clients: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Site security, form protection and a record of submitted forms: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Legal obligations, e.g. accounting: law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) are only set once you allow them in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics runs without cookies (Google Consent Mode) and the Meta Pixel sends no data. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
5. Processors and recipients
We process personal data with external providers under data processing agreements: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): CRM, forms and call booking. Supabase: a secure record of submitted forms. Usercentrics: cookie consent management. Google (Google Analytics): visit analytics, with consent. Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): ad measurement, with consent. Cloudflare: website delivery and security. Some providers also process data outside the EU (e.g. in the USA). Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to reply, prepare an offer and work together, or until you ask us to delete it. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw consent. Data we must keep by law (e.g. invoices) is kept for the period the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal. Send your request to [email protected]. We will reply within one month. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec RS, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si).
8. Changes
We may update this privacy policy when our services or tools change. The current version is always published on this page.
