Italko needed a modern, user-friendly online store that would make it easier for customers to browse, compare, and choose the right tiles for their spaces. The goal was to simplify the tile selection process by offering clear product visuals, style suggestions, and quantity calculators based on room size. This would help reduce uncertainty and confusion during the decision-making process and allow customers to shop with greater confidence and clarity.
What we built
Solution
We developed a tailor-made e-commerce platform specifically for ceramic tiles, designed to enhance the customer experience from start to finish. One of the key features is an automatic square meter calculator, which helps users determine exactly how much material they need based on the dimensions of their space. Additionally, we integrated an interactive 3D room preview tool that allows customers to visualize how different tile styles, colors, and layouts would look in their own environment before making a purchase. This greatly improves confidence in decision-making and reduces the likelihood of returns or dissatisfaction.
