More customers shouldn't mean more admin.

As a company grows, so does the work behind the scenes. More enquiries mean more emails, more documents, more data, more follow-ups and more things someone has to keep track of.

As long as a process relies on someone remembering something, copying something or checking it by hand, the company's workload grows with it.

Automation changes that ratio. The system takes over the repetitive steps and your team can focus on the work where a person is actually needed.

What do we see most often in companies?

Many companies have good tools, but the processes between them still run on people.

Someone prepares a new quote by opening an old one. Someone copies data from an email into another system. Someone builds a report from several spreadsheets every month. Someone answers the same customer questions over and over.

In practice it often looks like this:

  • Preparing a quote takes half an hour.«
  • We copy data over from Excel.«
  • We reply to an enquiry when someone notices it.«
  • We hunt for attachments in email.«
  • Accounting has to ask us for missing documents.«
  • A big part of the day goes on the same questions and the same steps.«
  • Every employee uses their tools their own way.«

A single task isn't the problem. The problem starts when the same thing repeats every day, across several people, all year.

That's when a company starts paying people for work a system could do.

What can a system take over?

Sales and customers

  • An enquiry can get a reply within minutes instead of the next day.
  • Enquiry data can flow into the CRM automatically and be assigned to the right person.
  • A quote can be built from your data, price list and templates; you just review it.
  • The system can remind a salesperson when it's time for the next touchpoint.
  • A chatbot can answer common questions and hand the conversation to a person when needed.
  • A voice agent can take a call when your team can't.
  • A configurator or questionnaire can guide a visitor to the right solution and hand you a qualified contact.
  • The system can reactivate contacts that have sat in your database for months or years.

Operations and admin

  • Invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes can be read and routed into the right process without re-typing.
  • Meeting notes can turn into tasks per owner automatically.
  • Documents can be compared automatically; a person reviews only the differences or disputed lines.
  • Data you already have can be used to prepare contracts, documents and other forms.
  • Reports can be built continuously instead of someone stitching them together at month-end.

Systems and data

  • Information from several systems can be brought together in one place.
  • A CRM can be adapted to the company's actual sales process.
  • If an off-the-shelf tool doesn't cover your process, we can build an app or a custom solution.
  • Internal AI assistants can help employees use the company's knowledge, documentation and data consistently.

We don't start with AI. We start with your company.

We don't arrive with a ready-made solution and force it onto your business. First we want to understand how a new enquiry reaches you, how a quote is made, what happens after a contract is signed, how onboarding works, who handles documents and where your team loses the most time.

We look for repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, delays and processes where the company depends too much on someone remembering something in time.

  1. 1

    First we understand the process.

  2. 2

    Then we find the bottleneck.

  3. 3

    Only then do we automate.

We don't automate everything that's technically possible. We choose the processes where change will have the biggest business impact. We connect the tools you already use, or build a solution if existing systems aren't enough. Then we agree what we want to improve and how we'll measure the result. Automation has to make business sense. If it doesn't, you don't need it.

What does manual work cost you today?

Automation doesn't necessarily mean fewer employees. It often means the existing team can do more, people work where they create more value, and you don't have to hire the next person quite so soon. That's why we don't judge automation only by what the implementation costs.

What interests us most is what the process costs you if it stays the way it is today.

employee cost per month
€2,500
per year
€30,000
a third of their time on tasks a system could take over
≈ €10,000per year · For a single person.

Software usually isn't the problem. The work between it is.

Your invoicing software does its job. The CRM records the customer. Excel calculates the quote. Email delivers the message. But someone still has to move data from one system to another, check the next step, find the missing information and make sure the process doesn't stall.

Who copies enquiry data into the quote? Who enters a received invoice into another system? Who builds the management report from three spreadsheets? What happens when the person who knows all this is away for a week?

Most manual work happens precisely between systems.

Our advantage is that we understand marketing, sales, CRM, development and business processes. So we don't look at a single tool. We look at the whole journey and find the places where the process needlessly stops at a person.

What have we built?

Client or industry

Finding prospects, first messages and follow-ups on LinkedIn, one contact at a time.
What we built
A CRM + B2B Outreach system that opens conversations daily and hands interested prospects to the CRM.
What changed
Sales no longer depends on whether someone has time for outreach that day.

Concrete result

The approach brought in about €138,000 in six months selling mobile apps.

Client or industry

Humanic (retail)

What used to be done by hand
Partner orders through disconnected channels, with no real-time overview.
What we built
A closed B2B platform for placing and tracking orders.
What changed
Partners order themselves, and the status is visible at every step.

Concrete result

Fewer delays and errors, and an overview of deliveries across all locations.

Client or industry

Unilever (logistics)

What used to be done by hand
Coordinating a large number of orders between carriers by hand.
What we built
A logistics platform that assigns orders automatically and connects them to carriers.
What changed

We've focused everything we know on one thing.

Our experience comes from software development, CRM systems, digital marketing and sales. That's why, over the years, we've seen a company's whole journey: how it wins a customer, how sales handles them, how data moves between systems and how much manual work appears between the steps.

Today we put that knowledge into building systems that connect sales, admin and business processes and remove work that no longer needs to be done by hand.

We don't want to add another tool. We want the processes you already have to work better together.

How much work in your company is still done by hand?

In half an hour we look at which of your processes repeat, where bottlenecks form and where there's the most room for automation. If we see a sensible opportunity, we'll show you how we'd solve it. If we see that we can't help you, we'll tell you that too.
